From November 27 to 29, the largest children and youth science and technology event in Mexico is held in Nuevo León.
With the participation of more than 1,500 students from all over the country, the Nuevo León National ExpoCiences 2019 in Monterrey will take place from November 27 to 29.
The event, which takes place at CINTERMEX, will host a great exhibition of 530 student science projects that will be evaluated by a committee made up of 385 professors and researchers who will give the winners accreditation for participation in 40 prestigious student events in scientific disciplines worldwide.
The participating projects are divided into 5 categories according to the educational level; They are classified in 11 strategic areas: Agriculture and Food, Biology, Engineering Sciences, Materials Science, Computing and Software, Scientific Disclosure, Exact and Natural, Mechatronics, Medicine and Health, Environment and Social and Humanities.
ExpoCiencias Nacional Nuevo León 2019 expects an influx of more than 12,000 visitors who can attend conferences, workshops and tours of the Exhibition.
It also has international participants from Chile, Ukraine, Panama, Colombia, Costa Rica, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Guatemala and Russia who will demonstrate the results of their research projects.
The event is organized by the Government of the State of Nuevo León, through the Institute of Innovation and Technology Transfer of Nuevo León (I2T2), the Popular Autonomous University of the State of Puebla (UPAEP); the National Network of Youth Activities in Science and Technology (RED) and the International Movement for Scientific and Technical Recreation of Latin America (MILSET AMLAT).
